Duration: 2 Hours
Recommended for – Beginner. This session covers the fundamental positions for good riding technique and skill progression. It is a good lesson to start with for all riding levels. If you are just starting to mountain bike this lesson will teach you the basic position to progress your riding and if you are an intermediate rider this session may target positional flaws that are stopping your skill progression.
