About Me

My Favourite memories growing up have come from sport, at a young age of 5 i played Rugby league and as i grew competed in Cricket and track and field loving the hurdles and high jump events. I focused on rugby league signing a contract playing with the North Sydney Bears but stopped from continued shoulder injuries. My Passion

6 Years ago i got the chance to experience one of the most satisfying experiences in my life, Sport had given me the ability to express who i was in a competitive way, to push where i wanted and to relax and enjoy when i wanted. Sport like many fields we get to mix with in life allows us to feel highs and lows, mistakes and success, work with others and team or just push ourselves and interact in a field with the ability to perform how we want. Like anything worth pursuing our choices large or small all have consequences and it is the qualities we portray daily that allows us to become who we want to be. Navigating these challenges under the banner of sport left me with the experience of achieving something at one time i thought to be impossible, the realisation and creation of this dream culminated in an event that i can be proud of for life and the feelings associated with that is what i feel life energy is all about.

The skills to navigate that road are not easy and as the old saying goes “if it was easy then every one would do it.” The ability to turn away from the easy and take the first step into the hard with an ideal end goal in mind can be described as – High Performance skills. It is in this experience that my passion for high performance was born, the ultimate self realisation and joy that comes along with a performance that you can confidently say is one of your best is a sensation all can feel and should pursue. With this in mind Two 7 performance was born along with a passion to share and coach the skills with experience from a high performance environment to not just achieve the goals but to realise the joy of you being the one that creates that success by stepping towards your own power and what you alone feel and envision for your life.

It is with this goal in mind i hope to share and guide your own vision to fruition not, just in the sporting arena but in the field that you enjoy most. The inspiration to become the best version of yourself comes in many shapes or forms and has endless possibilities as to what you want to achieve however the principles and mindsets to perform at your best remain the same. The situations and road blocks that confront you all have semantics no matter what field you are in. It is my passion to be able to pass along these lessons with personal coaching and guidance that enables you to feel that overwhelming joy of being the absolute best version of yourself that you wish to be. It wont be easy but if it was would it really be worth it? That ideal self is waiting there,  but you have to take that first step!
